The Electric Race

Singapore has plans to phase out petrol vehicles and their internal combustion engines by 2040. The nation’s only female race car driver and mother of two, Claire Jedrek, goes on a journey to find out what this means for not only car owners but the public transport and commercial sectors.

What are some of the common concerns over EVs and how will they be addressed? What are the benefits beyond environmental ones? And more personally for Claire, will her kids enjoy the EV ride and will she still get as much thrill and joy out of driving a EV as she did with petrol cars?
