Episode 1 – Vietnam Part 1
In the first part of this two-episode Vietnam special, Munah and Carla speed around on the sand dunes of Mui Ne. They also work as fishmongers at the local beach-side fish market. The girls then begin their trek to the world’s largest cave.

Episode 2 – Vietnam Part 2
Our hosts arrive at Hang Son Doong and gaze in awe at the magnitude of the place. But not before they make an 80 meter descent into the cave. Find out how they make it through the cave in the final part of this two-episode special.

Episode 3 – Indonesia
The girls travel to the island of Flores in Indonesia to track down and photograph a Komodo dragon on the island of Komodo. Along the way they climb up to the summit of a volcano, and taste betel nut for the first time in their lives.

Episode 4 – New Zealand Part 1
In the first part of their New Zealand 2-parter, Carla and Munah explore the adventure capital of the world – Queenstown. Our hosts face their fears in extreme activities such as the world’s largest swing, and paddle through grade 5 rapids.

Episode 5 – New Zealand Part 2
Carla and Munah continue their New Zealand adventure. Our hosts put their hands down a bull’s throat, jump out of a plane, and ride in a mechanical shark, before heading north to take in the views of the breathtaking Frank Josef glacier.

Episode 6 – Cambodia & Laos
In this Indochina double-bill, our hosts travel to Cambodia and Laos. They explore the ancient Preah Vihear temple, ride a rickety bamboo train, offer alms to monks, and discover Southeast Asia’s Stonehenge, the mysterious Plain of Jars.

Episode 7 – Thailand Part 1
Carla and Munah visit Chiang Mai to climb one of Thailand’s most renowned rock faces, the Crazy Horse Buttress. Also our hosts care for elephants and convert their dung into paper. They top it off by sampling some night market bugs.

Episode 8 – Thailand Part 2
In part 2 #MissAdventures Chiang Mai, Carla and Munah take on the Flight of the Gibbons and
check out some tigers. They then head to the village of Soppong where they visit a local school and help the villagers out with some craft work

Episode 9 – Nepal Part 1
In their final #MissAdventure, Carla and Munah take on the Himalayas. Their goal – trek to Annapurna Base Camp at an altitude of 4130 meters. But first, they must gear up and find their way from Kathmandu to Pokhara where they’ll begin the trek.

Episode 10 – Nepal Part 2
It’s part 2 of their Nepal adventure and our hosts are struggling to reach Annapurna Base Camp.
