Long Qiam Pass

Every kid needs a hero but their hero is not usually the old woman who runs local store.  But Mama Long is different.  For one thing, he’s exceptionally good at eavesdropping!  Some might call her nosey but for Jaffri, Dash and Maya he’s a lifesaver.  The best friends regularly drop into his shop to hear stories of his childhood (long, long ago in ancient times – the 1950s).  Remarkably, his tales often hold the answers to exactly the problem the kids are currently facing.
